COURSE ABSTRACT:

As the workplace becomes more complex due to the unclear job demands, human rights, and cultural plurality, many wonder how to respond. Not any response will work: communication skills are needed to solve a lot of such problems. The course brings together those who want to learn how to write communicative CVs and those to interpret them to fill up vacancies. From one perspective, there is the question of how best to present skills; from the other, how best to understand the CV presentation. Again, those seeking employment or promotions, for example, fall into various categories - how to structure questions for each category must be dealt with. Asking and answering these questions can become less baffling after this course. In this way, communication helps solve the problem of how to place manpower effectively in the positions available in organisations.
