COURSE ABSTRACT:
Training of trainers has a firm focus on skills, seminars, workshops and conferences are more flexible. But the goal of these is to create the most desirable organisation: the learning organisation - learning for adaptation and success. How to use seminars and workshops to communicate, train and make breakthroughs in achieving skill masterly is part of the focus of the course. For a business organisation, a selling seminar and its use of persuasion is different from the other seminars. This is also part of the course. The course helps participants sharpen their skills more for use in improving their organisations. By learning how communication works in conferences, and how the conferences are planned and evaluated, the participant gets equipped to cope.
