Communication Strategies For Managers

COM 23: COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES FOR MANAGERS
Duration: 4 DAYS
COST: Kshs. 24,000

COURSE ABSTRACT:

The role of communication by managers for the smooth functioning of an organization; the vision, mission, values and strategic management would all amount to nothing without one major thing: strategic communication. Whether an organisation achieves its goals depends a lot on how the manager communicates with his employees and his superiors. Under stress and pressure to achieve, the manager can become a communication liability.
