In October 2007, UNES begun renovations of the former Human Anatomy Building on the scenic Chiromo Campus of the University of Nairobi, to set up a 120 capacity state-of-the art conference centre.

Chiromo Conference Center has state of the art audio visual facilities and provides for wireless Internet access for conference or meeting participants. The conference center can be rented on a a full day or half day basis, with or without catering services. The Chiromo Conference Center houses the UNES Arziki Restaurant-Chiromo, providing convenient catering services for conference attendees.

The facility can accomodate big groups up to a maximum of 100-120 people seated theatre style, and small groups up to a maximum of 60 seated in arranged tables.

The conference facility has been used to host workshops, seminars, conferences, trainings and short courses. The facility has state-of-the art audio visual facilities and public address system.

At the UNES Chiromo Conference Center we assist our clients in pre-planning of their conferences to post-events. The conference center manager will attend to your every need confirming that everything is set to your specification, simplifying any challenges you may face and making sure your group members are comfortable and well taken care of.

Full Day Conference: Kshs. 1,500 per person per day. Includes

1/2 Day Conference: Kshs. 1,250 per person per day. Includes

• Buffet lunch
• Monring or afternoon, teas and snacks
• One bottle of mineral water
• Writing materials and flip charts

Conference Hall without meals:

Full day conference Kshs. 10,000
Half day conference Kshs. 5,000

We also make accomodation arrangements for our guests. We usually require our clients to book and confirm the use of the conference facility two weeks in advance and pay a 50% deposit. Payment of the balance can be made after the services have been rendered.
