Delegative communication and time management

COM 02 : DELEGATIVE COMMUNICATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT

Duration: 4 DAYS
COST: Kshs. 24,000

COURSE ABSTRACT:

The clash between the busy office communication needs and time management is world   renown. Among duties at the centre of this unnerving load of responsibilities are the unwritten minutes, letters memos, reports, proposals, and above all meetings to attend and unceasing important calls to make and receive in short paper work and phone work. Communication to delegate becomes inevitable.   Emotional intelligence is the answer to rest of these problems. By prioritizing time management and delegating even important duties to responsible but less busy people under one's supervision, it is possible to offload a lot of this crushing burden of daily duties. Then work becomes lighter and every minute is more usefully spent. The course is about how to prepare for the delegative interview, communicate with, and mentor those to whom duties can be delegated. Once this is done there is a regimentation with a multiplier effect on time available to attend to the most important tasks. At the centre of all this is the set of values one operates with and the sense of vision, mission, and values, and how these interweave with those of the organisation.
