Organizational Communication And Training Of Trainers

COM 08 : ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING OF TRAINERS
Duration: 4 DAYS
COST: Kshs. 24,000
Dates:

COURSE ABSTRACT:

It is now established through research: the organisation of the future is the learning organisation. Training of trainers was never needed as now.   In the past, the issue has been puzzling - why do some organisations survive and others perish? Most assured of survival are the learning organisations; those that learn adaptive skills. Adaptation happens best to those organisations that keep learning - and there is no end to learning. Refresher courses are needed for skills already learnt; then there are those who get hired and need new skills. Some are promoted and have to learn anew; others replace the retired. Above all, trainers leave and more are needed. Besides all this, contexts in which organisations operate keep changing - including technological ones. Given this, the organisation has to be on the move. There is no better way for an organisation to move forward than to keep its workforce moving along new heights. By having a host of trained trainers, the sky becomes the limit.
