Around the world, leadership is always controversial. It raises questions about use of power, especially by the young. The course explains how communication works in leadership. By examining leadership styles and the atmospheres created by these, it demystifies leadership. COM 02: DELEGATIVE COMMUNICATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT
The clash between the busy office communication needs and time management is world renown. Among duties at the centre of this unnerving load of responsibilities are the unwritten minutes, letters memos, reports, proposals, and above all meetings to attend and unceasing important calls to make and receive in short paper work and phone work. Communication to delegate becomes inevitable. Emotional intelligence is the answer to rest of these problems. By prioritizing time management and delegating even important duties to responsible but less busy people under one's supervision, it is possible to offload a lot of this crushing burden of daily duties.
